1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Eligible Items

Returns or refunds may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The product is returned in resalable condition

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, installed, or tampered with

  • Personal care, medical, baby, or maternity products once the seal is broken

2. Medical & Electronic Products

For medical devices, electronic health products, or monitoring equipment:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened, unused, and sealed

  • Faulty or non-functional items may be eligible for replacement or refund after inspection

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

  • We ensure all products are authentic, sealed, and safely packaged

  • Returns that do not meet the stated conditions may be refused

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated
